I Care a Lot could’ve been such a fun evil movie, but unfortunately, because it fell into the Bury Your Gays trope at the very last second, some queer women probably won't see it. A crooked legal guardian who drains the savings of her elderly wards meets her match when a woman she tries to swindle turns out to be more than she first appears. The movie divided many of its viewers, whether average audience members or critics praising the performances but panning the more simplistic aspects. It’s not essential, and it’s not for everybody. The main character, Marla Grayson, appears as a completely irredeemable villain that abducts elder people from their houses, takes control of their assets and prevents them from ever seeing their family again. The reason behind my not bad English knowledge is cricbuzz. This movie could be enjoyable for adult audiences who can tolerate the profanity and who understand nuance – but not if you think Wall Street is some kind of inspirational film in praise of the stock market.
